摘　　要：中国的人口老龄化正在加重,为了保障老年人的生活,必须注重养老建筑的设计,文章以此为切入点设计了老年人海滨度假疗养中心。首先分析了当下中国老年人普遍生活状况,之后提出了设计解决思路。在设计中主要突出对老年人的心理关怀,所设计的空中花园、亲水平台、交流共享空间等能够满足老年人诸多的心理与生活需求。通过此类研究,旨在为后期的养老型建筑设计积累基础与经验。China's population aging is increasing,in order to protect the lives of the elderly,we must pay attention to the design of pension buildings,this paper as the starting point for the design of the elderly beach resort resort.First of all,it analyzes the general living conditions of the elderly in China,and then puts forward the design solution.In the design of the main focus on the psychological care of the elderly,the design of the air garden,hydrophilic platform,exchange and sharing space to meet the elderly a lot of psychological and living needs.Through such research,the aim is to accumulate the foundation and experience for the late pension design.
