双碳目标下中国零能耗建筑发展及展望

摘　　要：近年来世界能源消耗和碳排放不断增加,能源紧缺和环境恶化问题日益加剧。我国向国际社会郑重承诺二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,于2060年前实现碳中和。加快研究和实现零能耗建筑势在必行,文章对比分析了国内外零能耗建筑政策,研究了国内零能耗建筑评价体系,最后对中国零能耗建筑的发展和实现提出评价及展望。In recent years,the world's energy consumption and carbon emissions have been increased,followed by the problems of energy shortage and environmental degradation.China has solemnly promised the international community that carbon dioxide emissions will peak by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.It is imperative to accelerate research to achieve zero-energy buildings.In this paper,policies of the domestic and foreign zero-energy buildings are compared and analyzed,evaluation system of domestic zero-energy buildings are researched,an evaluation and prospect for the development and realization of zero-energy buildings in China are proposed.
