摘 要:城镇化背景下,高层居住区数量渐增,为创造更宜居的居住区室外热环境,文章以寒冷地区郑州市为例,选择生理等效温度(PET)来表征人体热舒适,采用模拟软件ENVI-met对居住区的5个建筑、景观设计要素进行探究。分析设计要素与热舒适的相关关系,得到以下结论:建筑高度是影响室外热舒适最重要的要素;较低的建筑高度,较大的建筑、绿地间距和较大的绿地率易形成优异的居住区室外热环境。综合考虑建筑、绿化布局与要素水平,能形成更舒适的居住区热环境,以期为宜居导向下寒冷地区居住区规划设计提供参考。In the context of urbanization,the number of high-rise residential areas is increasing.In order to create a more livable outdoor thermal environment of residential areas,this study takes Zhengzhou,a cold region,as an example,selects physiological equivalent temperature(PET)to represent the thermal comfort of human body,and uses the simulation software ENVI-Met to explore five architectural and landscape design elements of residential areas.By analyzing the correlation between design elements and thermal comfort,the following conclusions are obtained:building height is the most important factor affecting outdoor thermal comfort;low building height,large building,green space and green land rate are easy to form an excellent outdoor thermal environment of residential area.Comprehensive consideration of building,greening layout and factor level can form a more comfortable residential thermal environment,in order to provide a reference for the planning and design of residential areas in cold areas under the direction of livable.
