摘　　要：从调研入手,对湘中地区乡村住宅空间的尺寸和连接关系进行分析,明确在乡村全面发展背景下,乡村住宅存在生活、生产空间不协调的问题。基于问题,以乡村住宅生活、生产空间合理的尺寸范围为基础,提出分区明确的原型,通过多种方式对原型的生活、生产空间进行变化,形成多种户型空间,以适应不同的家庭结构、生产类型和生产规模的需求。并在此基础上,提出针对客厅、餐厅和卧室尺寸的建议及生产空间面积参考数值,为乡村住宅设计提供参考。Starting from the research,through the analysis of the size and connection relationship of rural residential space in central Hunan,and it is clear that there is a problem of incongruous living and production spaces in rural residential houses in the context of comprehensive rural development.For the problem,based on the reasonable dimensional range of living and production spaces of rural residences,a prototype with clear zoning is proposed.The living and production space of the prototype is changed in various ways to form a variety of apartment spaces to meet the needs of different family structures,production types and production scales.And on this basis,suggestions for living room,dining room and bedroom dimensions and production space area reference values are proposed for the design of rural houses.
