摘　　要：长春市作为东北老工业基地之一、历史文化名城,拥有着数量可观且价值较高的工业建筑遗产资源。但从目前的保护再利用现状来看,其再开发利用的程度并没有达到预期效果,故笔者以功能置换为主要研究视角,同时引入绿色节能改造措施,以期为本土的工业建筑遗产改造再利用实践找到一种更加具有地域性、文化性的改造策略与途径,从而有效平衡本市的经济发展与历史传承之间的矛盾。As one of the old industrial bases in northeast China and a famous historical and cultural city,Changchun has a considerable number of industrial architectural heritage resources with high value.However,from the current status of protection and reuse,the degree of redevelopment and utilization has not achieved the expected effect,so the author takes function replacement as the main research perspective,and introduces green energy-saving renovation measures,in order to find a more regional and adaptable transformation strategy and way for the local industrial building heritage transformation and reuse practice,so as to effectively balance the contradiction between the city's economic development and historical inheritance.
