价值导引下的历史城镇保护更新发展——以山东省沾化古城镇为例

摘　　要：目前,我国小城镇保护与更新发展中仍存在大拆大建、路径单一、千城一面的情况,由此带来的人口外流、产业内生动力不足等问题较为突出,如何引导小城镇合理有序发展是保护更新规划的重点和难点。建立价值评价导向下的城镇发展策略,是延续城市文脉、符合发展规律、解决小城镇发展问题的重要举措。文章基于山东省沾化古城镇的规划实践,探讨建立价值评价导引下的城镇保护更新发展路径,在基于国内价值研究,建立城镇价值评价体系的基础上,探讨小城镇保护更新对策的制定,并进行规划实践,以期为相关保护更新规划提供有益参考。At present,the protection and renewal of small towns in China are characterized by large-scale demolition and construction,single development path and lack of characteristics,at the same time,there are problems of population outflow and lack of industrial development power.The urban development strategy based on value evaluation is an important measure to solve the development problems of small towns.Based on the case of Zhanhua Ancient Town in Shandong Province,this paper discusses the countermeasures of urban protection and renewal under the guidance of value evaluation.First of all,this paper establishes the urban value evaluation system based on the domestic cultural value orientation,and discusses the countermeasures of urban protection and renewal.Finally,this paper takes Zhanhua Ancient Town as an example to carry on the planning practice.Through the study of urban value evaluation system and planning countermeasures,this paper provides useful reference for the compilation of town protection and renewal planning.
