城市公园绿地游憩服务满意度评价分析——以苏州吴中区中心城区为例

摘　　要：随着社会发展带来生活水平的不断提高,作为基本公共服务资源的城市公园绿地,需要为居民提供更充分、更高质量的游憩服务。如何对城市公园绿地展开切实有效的游憩服务满意度评价,用以指导区域高效利用有限的建设用地进行公园绿地规划和建设已成为热点问题。文章结合问卷调查与SPSS统计分析法,建立城市公园绿地游憩服务满意度评价体系,进行公园绿地游憩服务质量维度评价,针对评价结果发现现状公园绿地游憩服务质量整体上仍存在一定提升空间,亟待提升的关键短板因素主要包括细分空间营造、植物绿化维护以及设施完善配置等3个方面。With the continuous improvement of living standards brought by social development,urban park green space,as a basic public service resource,needs to provide residents with more adequate and higher quality recreation services.How to carry out practical and effective recreation service satisfaction evaluation on urban park green space to guide regional efficient use of limited construction land for park green space planning and construction has become a hot issue.Based on questionnaire survey and SPSS statistical analysis,this paper establishes the satisfaction evaluation system of urban park green space recreation service,and evaluates the dimensions of park green space recreation service quality.According to the evaluation results,it is found that the current park green space recreation service quality still has some room for improvement.The key factors that need to be improved include three aspects:subdivision space construction,plant greening maintenance and facilities improvement.
