摘 要:基于某公司具有LOMAS烟气分析自动化炼钢系统的100t复吹转炉冶炼IF钢工业生产数据,分析了冶炼终点[%C][%O]、[%C](%FeO)与[%C]的关系,结果显示[%C][%O]、[%C](%FeO)与[%C]^(1/2)线性关系显著。计算了吹炼终点的磷容量C_(PO实),并与Turkdogan提出的半经验公式计算的磷容量C PO算进行了对比分析,探讨了C_(PO实)大于C_(PO算)原因是终渣处于过氧化状态。分析了C_(PO实)和C_(PO算)二者差值与[10^(-6)O]/(%FeO)的关系,结果显示二者线性关系显著。根据分析结果构建了转炉冶炼IF钢吹炼终点磷分配比预测模型,模型包含了吹炼终点温度T、终点[%C]、终渣(%CaO)和(%MgO)等因素,构建的磷分配比预测模型很好地重现了生产数据。The relationship of the smelting end-point[%C][%O]and[%C](%FeO)with[%C]were analyzed based on the industrial production data of the 100t top and bottom-blowing converter with LOMAS flue gas analysis automatic steelmaking system.The results showed that[%C][%O],[%C](%FeO)had a significant linear relationship with[%C]^(1/2).The smelting end-point phosphorus capacity C_(PO,actual)was calculated,and compared with the phosphorus capacity C_(PO,calculated)calculated by the semi-empirical formula proposed by Turkdogan.The discussed results showed that the reason of C_(PO,actual)was larger than C_(PO,calculated)was that the slag peroxidated.The relationship between the difference between C_(PO,actual)and C_(PO,calculated)and[10^(-6)O]/(%FeO)was analyzed,and the results showed that they had a significant linear relationship.A prediction model of end-point phosphorus partition ratio of smelting IF steel in converter was constructed based on the analysis results,the model included the smelting end-point T,[%C],(%CaO)and(%MgO),and the model reproduced the industrial production data well.
