摘  要:为了摸索高锰高强IF钢钢液洁净度及夹杂物演变规律,采用Thermofisher Explorer 4全自动夹杂物分析仪对转炉-连铸过程中夹杂物进行分析和研究。结果表明:高锰高强IF钢RH结束、中间包和铸坯中全氧含量依次降低,铸坯全氧随着宽度方向由边部向中心位置移动而逐渐增加。高锰高强IF钢RH进站时主要夹杂物为椭球状或球状含有P_(2)O_(5)的FeO-MnO夹杂,加铝脱氧后主要夹杂物转变为Al_(2)O_(3)夹杂,RH结束、中间包Al_(2)O_(3)主要类型为小型块状和不规则形状。铸坯中主要夹杂物为块状、棒状、不规则形状Al_(2)O_(3),尺寸多在10μm以下,边部位置TiN、MnS析出物较少,中心位置MnS析出物进一步增加,也存在少量TiN析出。热力学计算普通IF钢、高锰高强IF钢TiN析出温度分别为1745、1589 K,MnS析出温度分别为1450、1675 K。通过增加铝钛间隔时间、降低脱氧前氧、进行钢包渣改质,高锰高强IF钢钢液洁净度得到显著改善。In order to study the cleanliness and inclusion evolution of IF steel with high manganese and high strength,the inclusions in BOF-CCM process were analyzed and studied by Thermofisher Explorer 4 automatic inclusion analyzer.The research results show that the total oxygen content of high manganese and high strength IF steel after RH process,in tundish and in slab decreases successively,and the total oxygen content increases gradually as the location moves from the edge to the center along the width of slab.The main type of inclusions of high manganese and high strength IF steel before RH process is elliptic or spherical shape with composition of FeO-MnO and P_(2)O_(5),which transforms into Al_(2)O_(3) inclusions after adding aluminum.The inclusions of high manganese and high strength IF steel after RH process and in tundish are still Al_(2)O_(3),but the main type of inclusions is small block and irregular shape.The main type of inclusions in the slab is Al_(2)O_(3) with small block-shaped,rod-shaped and irregular shape,which size is mostly below 10μm.The precipitates of TiN and MnS are less in the edge position,while the MnS precipitates further increase in the central position,in which a small amount of TiN precipitates also exists.The precipitation temperatures of TiN of common IF steel and high manganese and high strength IF steel by thermodynamic calculation are 1745,1589 K respectively,while the precipitation temperatures of MnS are 1450,1675 K respectively.The purity of high manganese and high strength IF steel is improved significantly by increasing the interval time between aluminum and titanium,decreasing the oxygen content before deoxidation and modifying ladle slag.
