摘 要:网格单元的选用对数值模拟结果的准确性和计算周期有至关重要的影响,前者决定模拟结果是否有效,后者决定模拟成本高低。为深入研究不同网格类型对水力旋流器内强旋转湍流特性数值模拟结果的影响,以实验测量数据为基准,比较分析了5种网格类型对水力旋流器内流动模拟的适应性。研究结果表明:六面体核心网格模拟结果与实验测量值的吻合程度最好,相对误差小于10%,且计算耗时最少;四面体网格因其截断误差是一阶量,导致计算精度最低,但计算耗时相对较少;结构化六面体网格和多面体-六面体核心混合网格计算精度较高,但两者计算耗时较长,特别是划分结构化六面体网格时人工参与量大;多面体网格计算精度较好,收敛速度快且计算耗时仅占同等情况下结构化六面体网格的一半左右。因此,对于水力旋流器内流场模拟而言,六面体核心网格和多面体网格的性价比较高。The selection of mesh cells is vital to the accuracy of numerical simulation results and the calculation period.The former determines the validity of simulation results,and the latter determines the simulation cost.To study the impact of different mesh types on the numerical simulation results of the characteristics of strong rotating turbulence in hydrocyclones,the adaptability of five mesh types to the flow simulation in a classical hydrocyclone was comparatively analyzed based on the experimental data.The results show that the simulation results of hexahedron core mesh are in the best agreement with experimental data,with the relative errors less than 10%and minimum computing time.The results of tetrahedral mesh demonstrate the lowest calculation accuracy and less calculation time,because its truncation error is a first-order quantity.By contrast,the calculation accuracy of structured tetrahedral mesh and polyhedron-hexahedron core hybrid mesh is higher,but the calculation time is longer;especially,the division of structured hexahedra mesh requires a large amount of artificial participation;the polyhedra mesh demonstrates good calculation accuracy,fast convergence speed,and the calculation time merely accounting for about half of the time taken by the structured hexahedron mesh under the same circumstances.Therefore,the hexahedra mesh and polyhedral mesh are more cost-effective for the simulation of flow field inside the hydrocyclone.
