摘  要:采用固定床反应器进行污泥热解实验,研究H_(2)气氛下LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)催化污泥热解过程中氮迁移转化规律,同时揭示H_(2)和LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)对污泥热解过程中的燃料氮转化为NH_(3)的选择性的影响。结果表明:H_(2)和LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)的加入表现出显著的脱氮性能,将更多的挥发性氮转化为NH_(3),同时降低焦炭和焦油中的氮含量,通过促进热解油中胺氮的脱氨和脱氢反应、腈氮的二次裂解反应以及高温下促进杂环氮的开环反应,提高气态氮产物(NH_(3)、HCN)的产率。此外,H_(2)和LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)的加入有助于高温下HCN向NH_(3)的转化。在800℃H_(2)气氛和LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)催化条件下,污泥热解过程中NH_(3)产率达到最大,占污泥中总氮含量的56.07%(质量分数)。研究还验证了LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)在催化污泥热解过程中的稳定性。结果表明:10次循环后,LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3)结构没有发生明显变化,NH_(3)产率在10次循环后从56.07%(质量分数,下同)略微降低到52.25%,同时验证了污泥热解产物和中间产物不会对催化剂的活性组分产生影响。Sewage sludge pyrolysis experiments were carried out in a fixed-bed reactor to study the nitrogen migration and transformation rule during sewage sludge pyrolysis catalyzed by LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3) under H_(2) atmosphere and reveal the effect of H_(2) and LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3) on the selectivity of fuel nitrogen conversion to NH_(3) during sewage sludge pyrolysis.The results show that the addition of H_(2) and LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3) results in significant denitrification performance,and more volatile nitrogen is converted into NH_(3),thus reducing the nitrogen content in coke and tar;the yield of gaseous-N products(NH_(3) and HCN)has been improved by promoting the deamination and dehydrogenation of amine-N in tar,the secondary pyrolysis of nitrile-N and the ring opening reaction of heterocyclic-N at high temperature.In addition,the addition of H_(2) and LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3) is conducive to the conversion of HCN to NH_(3) at high temperature.Under the conditions of 800℃,H_(2) atmosphere and the catalysis of LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3),NH_(3) yield has reached maximum during sewage sludge pyrolysis,accounting for 56.07%(mass fraction)of the total nitrogen content in the sewage sludge.This study also verifies the stability of LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3) during the catalytic pyrolysis of sewage sludge.The results show that after 10 cycles,LaNi_(0.5)Fe_(0.5)O_(3) has no obvious change in structure,and the yield of NH_(3) is decreased slightly from 56.07%to 52.25%(mass fraction)thus verifying that sewage sludge pyrolysis products and intermediates have no effect on the active components of catalysts.
