摘　　要：西安都市圈位于我国几何中心,是西部地区实力最强的都市圈之一,都市圈同城化发展态势开始显现,以国铁干线、城市轨道交通为主体的轨道交通体系加快形成,但是对标建设“轨道上的都市圈”目标要求,多层次轨道交通发展水平尚有待提升。文章通过系统分析西安都市圈多层次轨道交通发展现状及存在问题,结合区域发展实际和都市圈轨道交通发展需要,立足统筹推进国铁干线、城际铁路、市域(郊)铁路、城市轨道交通四网融合,提出都市圈多层次轨道交通发展应遵循的原则和思路,以期为西安都市圈轨道交通规划建设提供参考和借鉴。Xi'an metropolitan area is located in the geometric center of China,and it is one of the largest metropolitan areas in the western region.A trend of metropolitan areas developing with the urban integration has begun to appear,and the rail transit system with mainline railway and an urban rail forming the main body has been accelerated into production.However,the construction of multi-level rail transit networks in metropolitan areas needs to be improved according to the target of building"metropolitan areas on tracks".This paper systematically analyzes the development status and existing problems of multi-level rail transit networks in the Xi'an metropolitan area,combines the regional development reality and the needs of rail transit network development in the Xi'an metropolitan area,and based on overall planning to promote the four-network convergence development of national railway,intercity railway,urban region(suburban)railway and urban rail transit,defi nes the principles and development ideas that should be followed in the development of multi-level rail transit in the Xi'an metropolitan area,provides support and reference for its development.
