摘　　要：智慧运营管理模式是城市轨道交通运营转型的必然要求,对于提升运营管理水平、提高乘客满意度、降低运营成本有着重要的指导意义。文章首先介绍城市轨道交通车站在人员配置、岗位职责等运营管理方面的现状,其次分析智慧车站模式下运营管理面临的机遇与挑战,探讨运营人员的新角色、新职责,并基于角色更新结果,构建智慧车站场景下的车站管理新模式,从而使车站现场运营管理与现场智慧化业务场景相匹配,最后结合苏州市轨道交通智慧车站的实际建设情况案例,定量分析运营人员定岗情况以及相关岗位职责,意图构建符合智慧车站业务场景的运营管理新模式。It is an inevitable requirement for operation transformation to build an operation management mode that conforms to the business scenario of the smart station,which has important guiding significance for improving the operational management level,improving passenger satisfaction and reducing operating costs.First of all,it introduces the current situation of operation and management of urban rail transit stations in terms of staffing,job responsibilities,etc.Then it analyzes the challenges and opportunities faced by the operation management under the smart station mode,discusses the new roles and responsibilities of the operators,and builds a new mode of station management under the smart station scenario based on the role update results,so as to match the on-site operation management with the on-site smart business scenario;Finally,combined with the construction of Suzhou rail transit smart station,it analyzes the relevant job responsibilities and quantitatively analyzes the job placement of operators,with the intention of constructing a new operation management model that fi ts for the business scenario of the smart station.
