中国乡村经济韧性测度及时空演变特征研究

摘　　要：从生态韧性、生产韧性和生活韧性维度构建中国乡村经济韧性评价指标体系,并采用2007-2020年31个省份面板数据,结合相对化处理法和变异系数法测度乡村经济韧性。同时运用核密度函数、Dagum基尼系数、收敛模型与局域莫兰指数解析乡村经济韧性的时空演变特征。研究发现,中国乡村经济韧性整体不断增强,地区方面呈梯度效应;全国总体差距呈显著增强态势,差异来源依次为地区间差距、地区内差距与超变密度;全国总体及三大地区乡村经济韧性都存在σ收敛特点,支持β收敛机制;乡村经济韧性呈现相对稳定的“L-H”抑或“L-L”地理空间聚集特点。据此,应创建乡村经济高质量发展系统、提高乡村公共服务能力、构建乡村绿色发展经济体系,以此增强乡村经济韧性。This paper constructs the evaluation index system of rural economic resilience in China from three dimensions including ecological resilience,production resilience and life resilience,and uses panel data of 31 provinces from 2007 to 2020 to measure rural economy resilience with relative processing method and variation coefficient method.At the same time,kernel density function,Dagum Gini coefficient,convergence model and regional Moran index are used to analyze the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of rural economy resilience.The research finds that the resilience of China’s rural economy has been continuously strengthened as a whole,with a gradient effect in terms of regions;the overall gap across the country has been increased significantly,and the sources of the differences are in turn the gap between regions,the gap within regions and the super variable density;the resilience of rural economy in the whole country and the three major regions hasσconvergence characteristics,and supportβconvergence mechanism;the resilience of rural economy is characterized by relatively stable“L-H”or“L-L”geographical spatial aggregation.Therefore,a high-quality development system of rural economy should be established,the ability of rural public service should be improved and a rural green development economic system should be developed,so as to enhance the resilience of rural economy.
