摘　　要：党中央提出的大食物观新论断是发展经济学的重大创新成果,是以经济发展规律与经济社会环境为客观依据的。贯彻落实大食物观是在立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局的历史方位上,对解决社会主要矛盾做出的科学答案,具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。落实大食物观,要坚持辩证思维,用好“两点论”和“重点论”;坚持供给侧结构性改革主线,注重数量并提升质量;以构建新发展格局为重心,实现以国内大循环为主体、国内国外双循环相配合的“大食物”新发展格局;以“大健康”为目标,倡导科学膳食模式,做到民众食物营养均衡;扩大对外开放,更广更深开拓农业粮食国际合作,开创新产业链和供应链。The new judgment of the CPC Central Committee on the big food concept is a major innovation of development econom⁃ics,which is based on the economic development laws and the economic and social environment.Implementing the big food concept is a scientific answer to solving major social contradictions based on the historical orientation of establishing a new stage of development,implementing new development concepts,and constructing a new development pattern.It has important theoretical and practical signifi⁃cance.We should implement the big food concept from the following aspects.Firstly,we should adhere to dialectical thinking and make good use of the“two points theory”and“key point theory”.Secondly,we should adhere to the main line of supply side structural re⁃form,focus on quantity and optimize quality.Thirdly,we should focus on building a new pattern of development,and realize a new pat⁃tern of“big food”development with domestic systemic circulation as the main body and domestic and foreign double circulation.Fourthly,with the goal of“great health”,we should advocate a“scientific diet”model to improve the nutritional balance of people’s food.Fifthly,we should expand opening up to the outside world,broaden and deepen international cooperation in agriculture and food,and open up innovative industrial and supply chains.
