摘 要:利用NY/T 2237-2012中31个测试性状对原阳分中心参与测试的119份花生品种(待测品种及其对应近似品种)进行遗传多样性分析;采用PopGen 32软件对119参试品种进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,22个性状共检测到97个等位变异,平均每个测试性状检测到4.41个,平均有效等位变异数为2.41,Shannon’s多样性指数(H’)为0.91。相关性分析表明,主茎高度与侧枝长度为极显著正相关,相关系数为0.79。荚果长度和百仁重为显著正相关,相关系数为0.63,与出仁率呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.65。针对该地区测试工作建议由侧枝长代替主茎高度,百仁重代替荚果长。UPGMA聚类分析显示,在阈值为0.65时可以将119份品种分为3个族群,但是通过主成分分析可以更直观地对119份材料的遗传相似性的判断。综合分析说明,参与测试的花生品种具有较丰富的形态多样性。The genetic diversity of 119 peanut varieties(varieties to be tested and their corresponding similar varieties)tested by Yuanyang sub-center was analyzed by using 31 test characters in NY/T 2237—2012.119 peanut varieties were analyzed by PopGen 32.The results showed that 97 allelic variations were detected in 22 traits,and the average number of each trait was 4.41,an average effective allelic variation was 2.41 and mean Shannon’s diversity index(H′)was 0.91.Correlation analysis showed that there was a very significant positive correlation between main stem height and lateral branch length,and the correlation coefficient was 0.79.There was a significant positive correlation between pod length and 100 kernel weight with a correlation coefficient of 0.63,and a very significant negative correlation with kernel yield with a correlation coefficient of-0.65.According to the test work in this area,it was suggested that the length of lateral branches could replace the height of main stem and the weight of 100-kernel could replace the length of pod.UPGMA cluster analysis showed that 119 varieties could be divided into three populations when the threshold was 0.65,but the genetic similarity of 119 materials could be judged more intuitively by principal component analysis.Comprehensive analysis showed that the peanut varieties tested by the center had rich morphological diversity.
