摘 要:随着汽车行业的发展,国家“碳中和”战略的提出,新能源汽车变得更普及,但是新能源汽车自燃等热害事件频发,引发了消费者对其可靠性的怀疑。如何提升整车可靠性,降低整车热害风险,成为研发人员工作的重心。文章以某项目增程式混动车辆开发为背景,通过计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真分析与环境舱热平衡试验相结合的方法,对排气系统及其周边零部件的温度场进行了研究,发现通过隔热板来隔断热辐射的传递,可以有效降低排气系统对周边零部件的热害影响,大大降低整车热害风险。With the development of the automobile industry and the proposal of the national“carbon neutral”strategy,new energy vehicles have become more popular,but the frequent occurrence of spontaneous combustion and other thermal accidents of new energy vehicles has caused consumers to doubt their reliability.How to improve vehicle reliability and reduce vehicle thermal damage risk has become the focus of research and development personnel.Based on a project of the extended-range hybrid vehicle development,through computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation analysis and thermal balance test,the temperature field of exhaust system and its peripheral components are studied,and found that the insulation of heat transfer,by using the heat shield,can effectively reduce the exhaust system thermal pollution impact on the surrounding parts,reduce the risk of the vehicle thermal pollution.
