摘 要:随着信息化的高速发展,通信系统在各种电磁信号构成的极为复杂的电磁环境中经受了严酷考验。新型多信道通信车作为新一代通信车载单元,如何有效地避免复杂车载通信系统内的电磁干扰,保证通信畅通,成了急需解决的难题之一。文章在对新型多信道通信车的电磁干扰要素进行充分分析的基础上,提出了新型多信道通信车的电磁兼容性设计方案,通过天线布局、设备布局、布线、滤波、接地和屏蔽这几方面的电磁兼容性设计,有效地减小了车载通信单元的电磁干扰,保障了通信车的通信质量,也为其他同类型通信车辆的电磁兼容设计提供一种设计思路和值得参考借鉴的方法。With the rapid development of information technology,the communication system has been severely tested in an extremely complex electromagnetic environment composed of various electromagnetic signals.As a new generation of vehicle-mounted communication unit,how to effectively avoid the electromagnetic interference in the complex vehicle-mounted communication system and ensure smooth communication has become one of the urgent problems to be solved.Based on the full analysis of the electromagnetic interference elements of the new multi-channel communication vehicle,this paper puts forward the electromagnetic compatibility design scheme of the new multi-channel communication vehicle.Through the electromagnetic compatibility design of antenna layout,equipment layout,wiring,filtering,grounding and shielding,the electromagnetic interference of vehicle-mounted communication unit is effectively reduced,and the communication quality of communication vehicles is guaranteed.It also provides a design idea and a method worthy of reference for the electromagnetic compatibility design of other similar communication vehicles.
