摘　　要：建设全国统一体育产权市场对推动“后奥运”时期我国体育体制改革、体育产业长期高质量发展、体育强国战略目标的实现和“双循环”新发展格局的构建具有重要意义。运用访谈法和调查法等研究方法,对我国现有主要的体育产权交易平台进行了调查。研究发现:我国体育产权市场分割严重,缺乏优质的体育资源,体育产权定价机制缺失,价格发现功能不完善,交易平台运作机制不完善等问题凸显。研究认为:我国应从加强顶层设计、建立管理机构、建设统一市场、健全体制机制、完善信息机制、完善价格机制和完善交易机制等方面建设全国统一体育产权市场。The construction of a national unified sports property market is important for the reform of China's sports system in the"Post Olympic period",for the long-term high-quality development of sports industry,for the realization of the strategic goal of a sports power nation,and for the construction of a"dual circulation"new development pattern.Through interviews and surveys,we investigated the major rights trading platforms of sports property in China.Results showed that:China's sports property rights market is severely divided,lacking of high-quality sports resources and property rights pricing mechanism,and imperfect price discovery function and trading platform operation policies.This study suggests that China should build a national unified sports property rights market in terms of strengthening top-level design,establishing management institutions,building a unified market,and improving institutional,informational,pricing,and transaction policies.
