摘  要:该试验以辽宁省果树科学研究所自育晚熟苹果品种‘岳冠’为试材,研究不套袋、套袋摘袋和套袋不摘对果实单果重、硬度、干物质、可溶性固形物、可溶性总糖、可滴定总酸、维生素C和果皮色差指标的影响。结果表明,3种处理的果实单果重和硬度无显著差异;不套袋果实的干物质、可溶性固形物和可溶性总糖含量均显著高于套袋不摘袋和套袋摘袋果实;可滴定酸含量显著低于套袋摘袋和套袋不摘袋果实,固酸比显著高于套袋摘袋和套袋不摘袋果实;不套袋能显著提高果实维生素C含量至2倍以上。外观品质方面,果实成熟期内不套袋果实和套袋摘袋果实L*值下降,采收期不套袋果面光洁度最低;套袋果实和不套袋果实红色值a*值上升,b*值下降;套袋摘袋果实果皮色彩饱和度c*显著高于另外两个处理,果皮红色更鲜艳;不套袋果皮红色更暗;套袋不摘袋果实呈现底色绿色。总之,不套袋果实能显著提高果实内在品质,但外观品质有所降低。The experiment is conducted to study effect of non-bagged,bagged and bagged-without-remove on fruit weight,hardness,dry matter,soluble solid,total soluble sugar,titrable acidity,VC and chromatic aberration index in epicarp,during the period of fruit development,a late-season'Yueguan',which was self-bred by Liaoning Institute of Pomology,was used as the material in the test.Results indicated that there 3 treatments were no significant differences in fruit weight and hardness among the three bagging treatments.The content of dry matter、soluble solid and total soluble sugar in non-bagged were all significantly higher than in bagged-without-remove apples,higher than bagged fruit but the difference was not significant.The titrable acidity in non-bagged was significantly lower than bagged and bagged-without-remove fruit,solid acid ratio was significantly higher than bagged and bagged-without-remove fruit.Non-bagged treatment increased the VC content of fruit to more than two times significantly.In terms of appea rance quality,the L* value of non-bagged and bagged fruit decreased during the period of fruit development.At the picking time,The surface finish of non-bagged fruit at the picking time was the lowest,with significant difference among the three treatments.The a* value increased and the b* value decreased in bagged and non-bagged fruit with non-significant difference in picking time,but significant difference from bagged-without-remove fruit.The color saturation c* value of bagged fruit was significantly higher than the other two treatments,red epicarp was brighter but non-bagged was darker,green appears on the epicarp as primary skin color of bagged-without-remove fruit.As a result,non-bagged treatment significantly improved internal quality of apple,but texternal quality was decreased.
