摘 要:针对带有功率因素校正功能的LLC谐振变换器,提出了一种新型EIE组合磁材磁集成变压器,采用解耦集成的方式将PFC电感、LLC谐振电感以及LLC高频变压器这三个独立的磁性元件集成到一起。详细介绍了磁集成变压器设计方法,并利用ANSYS Maxwell仿真软件对EIE组合磁材磁集成变压器进行建模仿真。比较锰锌铁氧体材料与铁硅铝磁粉芯材料的特点后,为了提高变压器的抗饱和能力,选用I型磁芯材质为铁硅铝磁粉芯。最后,搭建了一台输出功率为100 W的实验样机证实了EIE组合磁材磁集成变压器设计方法的可行性。An“EIE”magnetic integrated transformer made up of different soft magnetic materials is proposed for LLC resonant converter with power factor correction function,which integrates PFC inductor,LLC resonant inductor and LLC high-frequency transformer by decoupling integration.The design method of magnetic integrated transformer is introduced in detail,and the transformer is modeled and simulated by ANSYS Maxwell simulation software.For improving the anti-saturation ability of transformer,I-type magnetic core material is selected as Fe-Si-Al magnetic powder core after comparing the characteristics of Mn-Zn ferrite material and Fe-Si-Al magnetic powder core material.Finally,the effectiveness of the design is verified through an experimental prototype with 100 W power.
