摘  要:本研究基于荟萃分析,采用3种常用模型对非植酸磷水平与肉鸡、鸭、鹅胫骨灰分含量的剂量-效应试验结果进行拟合比较,确定选择最佳拟合模型,为肉禽非植酸磷需要量的评定提供依据。共收集32组肉禽非植酸磷水平与胫骨灰分含量的剂量-效应试验数据,分别用二次曲线、线性折线及二次折线模型进行拟合,通过对不同模型的平均拟合指数及最佳拟合模型出现频度来确定最优拟合方程。结果表明,三种模型对32组数据的拟合度范围分别为:二次曲线模型65.7%~100.0%,二次折线模型4.6%~100.0%,折线模型4.6%~99.8%,拟合度均值分别为92.1%、89.5%、88.6%,最佳拟合出现频度分别为17/32、18/32、15/32。综上所述,以胫骨灰分含量为效应值来评定肉禽非植酸磷需要量时,建议首选二次曲线模型,次选二次折线模型。The purpose of this study was to investigate the best fitting model used to fit the dose-response data between different non-phytate phosphorus(NPP)levels and tibia ash of poultry by 3 commonly used models based on meta-analysis,in an effort to find the optimum model for evaluating the scientific NPP level for chickens,ducks and goose in the future.A total of 32 sets of dose-response data with the significant effect of different NPP levels on tibia ash of chickens,ducks and goose were fitted with 3 models including quadratic regression model,broken line model,and broken quadratic model.The fitting performance(R^(2))and the incidence of models with the best fit were used to determine the best fitting model.The R^(2)ranges of 3 models were 65.7%~100.0%,4.6%~100.0%and 4.6%~99.8%.The mean of R^(2)were 92.1%,89.5%and 88.6%,respectively.The incidence of models with the best fit was 17/32 for quadratic regression model,18/32 for broken quadratic model,and 15/32 for broken line model,respectively.In conclusion,to use the tibia ash concentration as a response value to determine NPP requirement for chickens,ducks and goose,it is recommended that the quadratic regression model is the first choice,followed by broken quadratic model.
