摘  要:既有城市工业区功能提升与改造评价指标体系对于拆除或改造判别,具有学术研究价值与实践指导意义。采用层次分析法、群决策综合评价与归纳分析法,开展定性与定量相结合的评价指标体系研究。提出了既有城市工业区功能提升与改造评价原则;初步建立了既有城市工业区功能提升与改造案例信息库;采用层次分析法遴选出评价指标,包括5项一级指标和16项二级指标,计算出各指标的综合权重,形成既有工业区功能提升与改造评价体系;提出结合技术检测、运营统计、建设指标与城市大数据的方式,依据可靠数据来源量化评价指标的途径。The evaluation index system for the functional improvement and transformation of existing urban industrial zone has academic research value and practical guiding significance for the discrimination of demolition or transformation.In this paper,the analytic hierarchy process,comprehensive evaluation and inductive analysis of group decision-making were used to study the evaluation index system combining qualitative and quantitative methods.The evaluation principles of the functional improvement and transformation of the existing urban industrial zones was proposed,with the case information database tentatively established.Also,evaluation indicators were selected using analytic hierarchy process,including 5 first-level indexes and 16 second-level indexes.The comprehensive weight of each index was calculated.And the evaluation system of the functional improvement and transformation of the existing industrial zones was formed,while proposing a method of combining technical testing,operational statistics,construction indicators,and urban big data to quantitatively evaluate indicators based on reliable data sources.
