重过载配变台区快速精准治理策略及实践应用

摘　　要：为提高配变台区供电质量,提升电网安全经济运行水平,亟需研究适用于实际生产领域的重过载配变台区快速精准治理策略。以夏峰及寒潮重过载台区为研究对象,明确治理目标,筛选治理对象,确定负荷割接区间和电流割接区间,建立适用评价模型,并进行严重三相不平衡校验,制定了重过载配变台区快速精准治理策略,最后通过实例对策略进行验证,同时形成标准作法,为供电企业开展重过载配变台区治理、落实配电网精益化管理提供有效支撑。In order to improve the power supply quality of the distribution area and enhance the safe and economic operation of the grid,it is urgent to study the fast and accurate control strategy of heavy overload distribution area applicable to the actual production.In this paper,the heavy overload platform area of summer peak and cold tide is taken as the research object,the control objectives are defined,the control targets are screened,the load cutover interval and current cutover interval are determined,the applicable evaluation model is established,the serious three-phase unbalance check is carried out,and the fast and accurate governance strategy of the heavy overload platform area is formulated.Finally,the strategy is verified by examples,and the standard practice is formed.It provides effective support for power supply enterprises to carry out heavy overload distribution area governance and implement lean management of distribution network.
