摘 要:随着城市发展和配电网改造升级,地下变电站已成为城区新建变电站的重要形式。作为变电站中主要设备之一,主变压器的起重吊装工作是设备安装工程的重要内容。从上海某110 kV地下变电站入手,结合施工场地条件及主变压器参数,给出了合理的吊机种类、索具类型选择,并对吊机、索具及地基承载力进行了校核,进而给出了对应的起重吊装施工方案;进一步地,对起吊过程中主变压器的受力状态进行了分析,针对可能发生的扭转现象进行了原因分析;最后,基于受力分析结果给出了可用于110 kV输变电工程地下变电站主变压器起重吊装方案的优化建议。With the urban development and the transformation and upgrading of the distribution network,the underground substation has become an important form of new substations in urban areas.As one of the main equipments in the substation,the hoisting assembly of the main transformer is an important part of the equipment installation project.Based on the project of a 110 kV underground substation in Shanghai,this paper,combined with the construction site conditions and main transformer parameters,designs the hoisting scheme including selecting reasonable crane types and rigging types,and checking the bearing capacity of the crane,rigging and foundation.Moreover,the stress state of the main transformer during the lifting process is studied,and the possible torsion phenomenon is analyzed.Finally,based on the force analysis results,the optimization suggestions of transformer hoisting scheme for underground transformer substation in 110 kV power transmission and transformation project are presented.
