摘 要:该文选取自然修复和12种人工干预[浅耕翻(1种)、浅耕翻+单播(1种)、浅耕翻+施肥+单播(6种)、浅耕翻+施肥+混播(4种)]的综合修复措施对塞北退化草原进行修复。通过对比试验,研究不同修复措施对群落地上生物量和其他数量特征(群落高度、盖度、密度)及群落丰富度、多样性和均匀度的影响。试验结果表明:浅耕翻+施肥配合补播草木樨、紫花苜蓿或苇状羊茅,可以显著提高地上总生物量。同时,显著提高群落高度、密度、盖度(P<0.05)。生物多样性方面紫花苜蓿和草木樨的混播表现最优。In this paper,natural restoration combined with 12 kinds of comprehensive restoration measures of manual intervention[shallow tillage(1 species),shallow tillage+monoculture(1 species),shallow tillage+fer tilization+monoculture(6 kinds),shallow tillage+fertilization+mixed sowing(4 kinds)]were selected to conduct comparative experiments.To study the effects of different restoration measures on aboveground biomass and other quantitative characteristics(community height,coverage and density),community richness,diversity and evenness.The results showed that the total aboveground biomass could be significantly increased by shallow tillage+fertilization+supplementary sowing of sweet clover(Melilotus officinalis(L.)Pall.),alfalfa(Medicago sativa)or festuca(Festuca arundinacea Schreb.).At the same time,the community height,densityandcoverage were significantly improved(P<0.05).In terms of biodiversity,mixed sowing of alfalfa and Melilotus clover was the best.
