摘 要:研究了不同有机肥施用比例对连作油松苗圃土壤肥力和油松苗木生长发育的影响,以期为油松育苗中科学合理施用有机肥提供依据。试验在油松连作苗圃中,设置对照(T1)、化学肥料(T2)、45%有机肥(T3)、65%有机肥(T4)、100%有机肥(T5)共计5个处理,研究了不同有机肥施用比例对土壤养分、土壤酶、油松生长及生理特性的影响规律。结果表明:T4处理与对照相比显著提高了土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效钾、速效磷含量,碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量均显著高于T3和T5处理,脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性显著高于对照。T4与T3相比显著提高了脲酶、蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶活性,与T2和T5相比显著提高了油松总干重、根系干重和株高;7~8月,T4与其他4个处理相比显著提高了SPS活性,与T2和T5相比显著提高了叶片内可溶性糖含量。8月,T3与T5之间无显著差异,T3显著低于T4。综合分析认为,油松在连作苗圃育苗时有机肥施用比例以65%为宜。In order to study the effects of different application ratios of organic fertilizers on soil fertility and growth and development of Pinus tabulaeformisCarr.seedlings in continuous cropping were studied,and it want to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific and rational application of organic fertilizers in Pinus tabulaeformisCarr.seedlings.The test was carried out in the continuous cropping nursery of Pinus tabulaeformisCarr.,then set five treatments by control(T1),chemical fertilizer(T2),45%organic fertilizer(T3),65%organic fertilizer(T4),100 organic fertilizer(T5),then the effects of different organic fertilizer application ratios on soil nutrients,soil enzymes,growth and physiological characteristics of Pinus tabulaeformisCarr.were studied.The results showed that:the contents of soil organic matter,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen,available potassium and available phosphorus in T4 was significantly higher than control;the contents of alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium in T4 were significantly higher than those in T3 and T5 treatments;the urease,phosphatase,sucrase and catalase activities in T4 were significantly higher than those in control,the activities of urease,sucrase and catalase in T4 was significantly higher than T3;the total dry weight,root dry weight and plant height of Pinus tabulaeformisCarr.in T4 was significantly higher than T2 and T5;SPS activity of T4 was significantly higher than other four treatments from July to August;the soluble sugar content in leaves of T4 was significantly higher than T2 and T5 from July to August,there was no significant difference between T3 and T5 in August,and T3 was significantly lower than T4.Comprehensive analysis that 65%organic fertilizer should be applied to Pinus tabulaeformisCarr.seedlings in continuous cropping nurseries.
