摘  要:该文以软核山楂F2代1200株群体优选出来10个性状表现较好的单株为试验材料,分别测定表型特征、内在品质、营养品质等共13个指标,采用差异显著性分析、主成分分析方法,计算出综合排名。结果显示:单果重主要在4.00~5.00g,纵、横径在17.00~23.00mm,果形主要为近圆形,果实硬度差异较大,可食率、含水量在70%~91%之间,性状优良。25-37糖酸比最高5.91,可溶性蛋白、维生素C含量最高的株系与含量最低的株系相差2倍之多,可溶性固形物含量变化不大。主成分分析中,提取了5个主成分,累计率达到90.28%,可以较好的反映10个软核山楂株系果实的综合营养品质,15-38、17-17、20-9这3个软核山楂株系果实品质最佳,果实外形硕大圆润、营养成分高。Through the comprehensive evaluation of the 10 lines with good traits in the F2 generation of soft-knob hawthorn,the best single plants with the best fruit quality traits were selected to lay the foundation for the breeding of new soft-knob hawthorn materials and obtaining good strains.In this experiment,the 10 plants with the best traits were selected from a population of 1200 plants in the F2 generation of soft-knob hawthorn,and the phenotypic characteristics,intrinsic quality and nutritional quality were measured.The experimental results showed that:the single fruit weight was mainly in the range of 4.00~5.00g,the longitudinal and transverse diameters were in the range of 17.00~23.00mm,the fruit shape was mainly suborbicular,the fruit hardness varied greatly,the edibility and moisture content ranged from 70%to 91%,which were characteristics of good traits.25-37 sugar-acid ratio was the highest at 5.91,the strains with the highest content of soluble protein and vitamin C and the strains with the lowest content were The difference between the strains with the highest and lowest contents of soluble protein and vitamin C was as much as 2 times,and soluble solids did not vary much.In the principal component analysis,five principal components were extracted,with a cumulative rate of 90.28%,which could better reflect the comprehensive nutritional quality of the fruits of the ten soft-knobbed hawthorn strains.15-38,17-17 and 20-9 were the three soft-knobbed hawthorn strains with the best fruit quality,large and round fruit shape and high nutritional content.
