摘 要:研究不同生长调节剂对日本紫珠嫩枝插穗生根的影响,为日本紫珠无性繁育提供技术参考。采用速蘸法,选用IBA-K、NAA-Na、DA6、IAA等4种生长调节剂,每种生长调节剂分别设1500、3000、4500mg/kg 3个浓度水平,以清水为对照。结果表明:除DA63000mg/kg、IAA1500mg/kg处理差异不显著外,其他均达到了极显著的水平。其中:IBA-K 4500mg/kg、NAA-Na 4500mg/kg两种处理的一级侧根总数、长度>5cm一级侧根数最多,分别提高了182.94%、140.33%和226.58%、186.05%。分析认为:IBA-K 4500mg/kg和NAA-Na 4500mg/kg速蘸法是提高日本紫珠嫩枝扦插效果的有效方法。To study the effects of different growth regulators on rooting of shoot cuttings of Callicarpa japonica and to provide technical reference for asexual breeding of Callicarpa japonica.Four growth regulators including IBA-K,NAA-Na,DA6 and IAA were used by quick dip method,Three concentration levels of 1500,3000 and 4500 mg/kg were set for each growth regulator.Water was used as CK.The results showed that the differences of DA63000mg/kg and IAA 1500 mg/kg treatments were not significant.Among them,IBA-K 4500 mg/kg and NAA-Na 4500 mg/kg had the highest on total number of primary lateral roots and the number of primary lateral roots with length>5cm,which increased by 182.94%and 140.33%,226.58%and 186.05%,respectively.It is concluded that IBA-K 4500 mg/kg and NAA-Na 4500 mg/kg rapid dipping methods are effective methods to improve the softwood cuttage effect of Callicarpa japonica.
