摘　　要：通过使用直读光谱仪(OES)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等观察分析手段,对55Cr3银亮材异常白亮层的产生原因进行了分析。结果表明:白亮层并非因脱碳产生的铁素体组织,也不是表面镀层或外来嵌入物,而是磨光等工序工艺操作不当导致钢材表层过热,形成难于腐蚀的白亮色马氏体硬化层。通过改善磨光工艺,消除了白亮层。The reason of abnormal white bright layer of bright steel 55Cr3 was analyzed by optical emission spectrometer(OES),optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),etc.The results show that the white bright layer is not the ferrite structure produced by decarburization,nor is it the surface coating or foreign inserts,but the superheat of the steel surface caused by improper polishing process,a hard-to-corrode white bright martensitic hardened layer.The white bright layer was eliminated by improving the polishing process.
