摘　　要：介绍了中南股份中棒线提高棒材定尺精度所采用的措施,包括根据棒材热收缩量进行相应的长度补偿设定、棒材温度的检测基准设定及定尺挡板角度调整,这些措施都已应用到中棒线实际生产中,中南股份中棒线的定尺精度高于国际标准。The various methods used by the medium-size bar rolling line to improve the sizing accuracy of bars at ZNIS were described,including the corresponding length compensation setting according to the thermal shrinkage of the bar,the detection benchmark setting of the bar temperature and the angle adjustment of the length stop.These methods have been applied to the actual production of the line,and the sizing accuracy of bars is higher than the international standards.
