摘　　要：超越资本主义现代化是中国式现代化道路在历史探索过程中呈现的客观逻辑,为人类文明新形态探索作出了原创性贡献。如何对待资本是现代化建设必须回答的现实问题,辩证扬弃资本是中国式现代化道路的历史基点,超越资本主义现代化是中国式现代化道路的鲜明历史定向。中国共产党以资本不等于资本主义、资本文明可以为我所用、社会主义能驾驭资本全面实现了中国式现代化道路的理论擢升,科学回答了东方落后国家现代化建设的道路问题,创造性提炼了超越资本轴心的新文明形态,深度拓展了后发国家走向现代化的路径,为人类现代化建设贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。Transcending capitalist modernization is the objective logic presented in the course of his⁃torical exploration of Chinese path to modernization,which has made an original contribution to the exploration of the new form of human civilization.How to deal with capital is a realistic problem that must be answered in construction of Chinese-style modernization.Dialectical sublation of capital is the historical basis of Chinese path to modernization,and surpassing capitalist modernization is the distinct historical orientation of Chinese path to modernization.Based on the theory that capital is not equal to capitalism,that capital civilization can be used by China,and that socialism can control capital,the Communist Party of China has comprehensively realized the promotion of the theoretical development of the Chinese-style path to modernization.It has scientifically answered the question of the path to modernization in backward eastern countries,creatively refined a new form of human civili⁃zation beyond the axis of capital,and deeply expanded the path to modernization for later-developing countries.It has contributed Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions to the modernization of mankind.
