摘　　要：变革社会治理体制机制,构建社会治理共同体,实现共建共治共享,是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要基础和有效手段。基于社会治理共同体内涵与运行框架的建构,分析多元主体共同治理的逻辑机理,归纳城市社会治理共同体建设的主要问题,提出了城市社会治理共同体建设路径。城市社会治理共同体建设路径主要包括加强顶层规划设计、更新价值理念、强化党建引领、构建一体化运行体制、加强多元主体合作治理、完善资源保障等。城市社会治理共同体建设路径的建构,力求聚合多元主体力量,化解各类社会矛盾,协调各种社会关系,提高社会治理效能,实现社会善治,推进社会治理体系和治理能力现代化进程。Reforming the system and mechanism of social governance,building a community of so⁃cial governance,and realizing joint contribution,joint governance and shared benefits are important foundations and effective means to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Based on the construction of the connotation and operation framework of the com⁃munity of social governance,this paper analyzes the logical mechanism of multi-subject joint gover⁃nance,summarizes the main problems in the construction of the community of urban social gover⁃nance,and puts forward the path of building the community of urban social governance.The path of building the community of urban social governance mainly includes strengthening top-level planning and design,renewing values,strengthening the guidance of Party building,constructing an integrated operation system,promoting multi-subject cooperative governance,and improving resource allocation.The construction of a path of building the community of urban social governance strives to gather multi-subject force,resolve various social contradictions,coordinate all kinds of social relations,im⁃prove the efficiency of social governance,realize good social governance,and drive the modernization process of social governance system and governance capacity.
