将社会主义核心价值观融入国家治理现代化全过程

摘　　要：国家治理现代化的实现不仅要注重将制度优势转化为国家治理效能,同时也要注重发挥具有强大引领力和强烈感染力的社会主义核心价值观的价值支撑作用。社会主义核心价值观是社会主义制度在思想和精神层面质的规定性,凝结着全体人民共同的价值追求,体现了国家治理现代化的证成性和正当性,有助于培育国家治理现代化的主体、塑造国家治理现代化的观念环境。在推进国家治理现代化进程中,要着眼于坚持和加强党的全面领导,将社会主义核心价值观深度渗透融合于制度体系和价值体系建设之中,加强多元治理主体社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行,从而为推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化提供深层动力。The realization of modernizing national governance should not only pay attention to the transformation of institutional advantages into national governance efficiency,but also lay stress on playing the value supporting role of socialist core values with strong leading force and strong appeal.Socialist core values are the working definition of ideological and spiritual quality of the socialist sys⁃tem,embody the pursuit of common values of all the people,reflect the justification and legitimacy of the modernization of national governance,and help to cultivate the subject of the modernization of national governance and shape the ideological environment of the modernization of national gover⁃nance.In the process of promoting the modernization of national governance,we should focus on up⁃holding and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership,deeply integrate core socialist values into the building of the system of institutions and values,and strengthen the cultivation and practice of core socialist values with multiple governance subjects,so as to provide internal impetus for the mod⁃ernization of China’s system and capacity for governance.
