配筋方式对全轻钢纤维混凝土梁抗冲击性能影响

摘  要:梁在遭受强冲击荷载时,对建筑物间接或直接造成损伤,对人民的生命和财产安全带来严峻挑战,因此研究梁的抗冲击性能具有重要的现实意义。本文通过落锤冲击试验,评估了冲击荷载下受压钢筋配置方式对掺钢纤维下的全轻混凝土梁的抗冲击力学性能影响,并对3根全轻混凝土梁在冲击荷载下的裂缝形态、破坏现象、冲击力时程和跨中位移时程展开分析。得到了以下结论:冲击荷载下梁均发生剪切破坏,裂缝在跨中局部区域集中产生;掺加钢纤维和增大受压区钢筋配置均能提高梁的抗冲击力学性能;钢纤维能减轻梁的内部损伤,使梁保留更多刚度;增大受压区钢筋配置能极大限制梁挠度变形,降低梁的跨中位移。本研究可为全轻混凝土梁的抗冲击性能研究提供参考。When the beam is subjected to strong impact load,it causes indirect or direct damage to the building and poses a serious challenge to the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the impact resistance of the beam.In this paper,impact test by drop hammer,the effect of compressive reinforcement configuration on impact resistance of steel fiber reinforced all-lightweight aggregate concrete beams under impact loading is evaluated,and analyzes the fracture geometry,failure morphology,impact time-history and mid-span displacement time history of three all-lightweight aggregate concrete beams under impact loading.The following conclusions are obtained:Shear failure occurs in beams under impact loading,and cracks are concentrated in local mid-span region,and adding steel fiber and increasing the reinforcement configuration in the compression zone can improve the impact resistance of the beam,and steel fiber can reduce the internal damage of the beam,so that the beam retains more stiffness,and increasing the reinforcement configuration in the compression zone can greatly limit the deflection deformation of the beam and reduce the mid-span displacement of the beam.The research can provide reference for the study of impact resistance of all-lightweight concrete beams.
