摘  要:不同成品加工率及去应力退火工艺对C5100铜合金带材的组织及性能影响较大。采用维氏硬度计、拉力试验机、自制折弯仪等仪器分别检测带材的硬度、抗拉强度及折弯性能,结果表明:成品加工率越小,加工变形量小,成品带材机械性能更低。通过钟罩式光亮退火炉进行去应力退火后,带材硬度及抗拉强度无明显变化,延伸率大幅度提高,折弯性能也有所提高。27.3%成品加工率的带材经过去应力退火后,其延伸率由未退火的10.8%增加到17.0%,折弯未开裂,折弯变形橘皮不明显。随着去应力退火温度升高,带材机械性能有所下降,延伸率逐渐增加,折弯性能提高。当去应力退火温度为280℃,延伸率达到22.0%,但硬度及抗拉强度分别降至HV 201和607.6 MPa。折弯性能随着退火温度增加而提高,以230℃退火后,90°折弯未见开裂,但180°折弯橘皮严重,轻微开裂;以280℃退火,后折弯性能最好,180°折弯未开裂,橘皮不明显。The influence of microstructure and properties of C5100 copper alloy strip by different processing rates and stress relief annealing processes were studied.The hardness,tensile strength and bending properties of C5100 copper alloy strip were tested by Vickers hardness tester,tensile testing machine and self-made bending machine.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the finished strip were lower when the processing rate was small.The processing deformation was smaller.The hardness and tensile strength of the strip did not change obviously after stress removal annealing by the bell jar type bright annealing furnace,and the elongation and bending property of the strip were also improved.After stress removal annealing,the strip elongation increased from 10.8%to 17.0%,and the bending was not cracked,and the bending deformation of orange peel was not obvious.With the increase of stress removal annealing temperature,the mechanical properties of strip decreased,the elongation gradually increased,and the bending properties increased.After stress removal annealing at 280℃,the elongation reached 22.0%,but the hardness and tensile strength reduced to HV 200.8 and 607.6 MPa.The bending property was improved with the increase of annealing temperature.After annealing at 230℃,no cracking was found at 90°,but the orange peel was severely cracked and slightly cracked at 180°.The bending property was better at 280℃.The crack was not cracked at 180°,and the orange peel was not obvious.
