摘 要:高纯金属铼主要应用于航空航天、石油化工和电子工业等关乎国家安全及发展战略的高新技术领域,且消费量逐年递增。铼在地壳中含量较低且具有高度稀散性,导致无法通过采矿直接获取,主要通过回收富集铜、钼冶炼烟气中的铼元素生产铼酸铵,但铼酸铵仅是过程产品,需进一步制备成高纯金属铼产品才能有广泛的应用,因此有必要开展高纯金属铼制备技术的研究。本文以自制的高纯铼酸铵(纯度99.99%, 4N)为原料,采用二段氢还原工艺,研究了原料粒度、还原温度、还原时间和装料厚度等工艺参数对还原铼粉中氧含量的影响。研究结果表明:采用原料粒度范围100~150μm、装料厚度<10 mm,一段还原温度为500℃、还原时间为4 h,二段还原温度为900℃、还原时间为2.5 h,还原铼粉氧含量可降低到0.088%(质量分数),还原铼粉的纯度达到99.99%以上,经二段还原工艺制备的还原铼粉粒度较小、分布均匀,粉末形貌主要以薄片为主,界面清晰。High-purity metal rhenium is mainly applied in high-tech fields related to national security and national development strategy,such as aerospace,petrochemical and electronic industries,and its consumption is increasing year by year.Rhenium cannot be directly obtained by mining due to its high sparseness,and ammonium rhenate is mainly produced by recovering and enriching rhenium element in copper and molybdenum smelting flue gas.However,ammonium rhenate is only a process product,which needs to be further prepared into high-purity metal rhenium products to have a wide range of applications.Therefore,it is necessary to study the preparation technology of high purity rhenium metal.In this paper,the influences of particle size,reduction temperature,reduction time and stocking thickness on the oxygen content of the rhenium powder by two-stage hydrogen reduction process were studied using the high purity ammonium rhenate(99.99%,4N)as raw material.At the particle size of 100~150μm,the thickness of<10 mm,the first reduction temperature of 500℃,the reduction time of 4 h,the second reduction temperature of 900℃and the reduction time of 2.5 h,the 99.99%(mass fraction)rhenium powder with a low oxygen content of 0.088%was obtained.Meanwhile,the reduced rhenium powder had small particle size and uniform distribution,and the morphology of the powder was mainly flaky with clear interface.
