新时代劳模精神内涵及其在应用型工科院校弘扬路径研究

摘　　要：劳模精神的内涵随着时代的变迁而不断演进,探索新时代劳模精神的内涵具有重要意义。采用文献计量中的关键词共现网络方法探索新时代劳模精神的内涵,发现劳模精神与工匠精神、新时代、社会主义核心价值观、劳动精神、创新、中国梦等存在强关系,是劳模精神研究的关键词群,使用典型案例分析方法研究新时代劳模精神也证实了此结论。最后,从校园文化建设、思政课程、课程思政、挖掘劳模史料、创建劳模学院等五个方面对其在应用型工科院校的弘扬路径进行探讨。With the development of the times,connotation of the spirit of model workers development continuously.It is important to explore connotation of the spirit of model workers in new era.Using the keywords of bibliometrics to study the connotation of the model workers spirit in the new era,we find that the labor model spirit has a strong relationship with the craftsman spirit,the new era,the socialist core values,the labor spirit,innovation,the Chinese Dream,etc.It is a key group of the research on the model workers spirit.The research on the model workers spirit in the new era using the typical case analysis method also confirm this conclusion.Finally,the paper discusses its promotion path in applied engineering colleges from five aspects:campus culture construction,ideological and political curriculum,curriculum ideological and political,mining historical materials of model workers,and creating model workers colleges.
