太原市铁北小区“三供一业”改造二次网运行分析

摘　　要：针对太原市铁北小区原有采暖系统存在问题进行重新设计,在系统上增设了自控平衡系统及分户装置,运行期间分别以流量、回水温度和室温为依据,通过自控平衡系统对二次网进行初调节及精调节,合理分配二次网管线流量,维持每个单元回水温度基本一致,减小用户室温差异,从而实现整个小区热量平衡。In view of the existing problems of the original heating system in Tiebei community of Taiyuan,the system is redesigned.The automatic balancing system and household device are added to the system.During operation,based on the flow rate,return water temperature and room temperature respectively,the automatic balancing system is used for initial and fine adjustment of the secondary network,reasonablely distribute pipeline flow in the secondary network,keep the backwater temperature of each unit consistent,and reduce the difference of user room temperature,so as to achieve the heat balance of the whole community.
