摘　　要：海上投送能力是美国陆军实施强制介入行动的重要支撑,在塑造作战态势中发挥着关键作用。剖析美国陆军在船艇部队编配、终端作业部队设置、军种公用海港管理、海上预置力量使用等海上投送能力建设方面的做法。从模块化组合投送重型部队、提升海上投送装备性能、融入海基能力体系、基于区域拒止条件提升关键能力等角度,分析美国陆军海上投送能力建设的发展趋势,得出对我国陆军海上投送能力建设的有益启示,即加强陆军海上投送建制化力量建设、编组投送终端保障队伍和储备投送预置力量。The marine projection capability is an important support for the U.S.army to carry out the compulsory intervention and provide a key role for shaping the combat situation.This paper analyzes the practice of the construction of the marine projection capacity of the U.S.army in the aspects of the allocation of boat forces,the establishment of terminal operation forces,the management of military public seaports,and the use of pre-positioned forces at sea.This paper analyzes the development trend of the construction of the marine projection capability of the U.S.army from the perspectives of adopting modular combination projection,improving the performance of the equipment,integrating into the sea-based capability system,improving key capabilities based on regional rejection conditions.Finally,this paper provides some useful enlightenments for the capability construction of the marine projection,which are strengthening the establishment of the marine projection force,organizing the delivery terminal support team and reserving delivery preset power.
