摘 要:依托尤家四片区市政雨、污水管下穿高架结构工程案例,通过Midas/GTS三维有限元软件建立模型,依据工作井施作、顶管顶进等工序分析顶管施工全过程对高架结构的影响。计算表明:①墩柱沉降与桩基持力层密切相关,进入较好持力层能较好抵抗顶管施工期间对墩柱沉降影响。②墩顶横向水平位移在顶管位于外侧相比下穿受到的影响更大,其他重要的影响因素还有水平距离,下部桩长的影响不大。③墩顶纵向水平位移受顶管敷设路径与高架结构垂直方向影响;桥墩单侧有顶管顶进作用时,较双侧施工受到的影响大。监测表明数值模拟能较好的反映施工过程对高架结构的影响。Based on the engineering case of municipal sewage pipes undercrossing the elevated structure in Youjiasi District,a model is established using Midas/GTS three-dimensional finite element software,and the impact of the entire process of pipe jacking construction on the elevated structure is analyzed based on working well construction,pipe jacking,and other procedures.The calculation shows that:(1)The settlement of pier column is closely related to the bearing layer of pile foundation,and entering a better bearing layer can better resist the impact on the pier column settlement during pipe jacking construction.(2)The lateral horizontal displacement of the pier top is more affected when the pipe jacking is located outside than when the pipe is jacking underneath.Other important factors include horizontal distance,while the impact of the lower pile length is not significant.(3)The longitudinal horizontal displacement of the pier top is affected by the pipe jacking laying path and the vertical direction of the elevated structure.When there is a pipe jacking action on one side of the bridge pier,the impact on the construction is greater than that on both sides.The monitoring results show that the numerical simulation can better reflect the impact of the construction process on the elevated structure.
