摘  要:长大隧道TBM施工广泛采用皮带机出渣,基于引汉济渭工程秦岭隧洞岭北TBM接应段施工前设备检修改造,介绍了皮带机出渣系统驱动能力检算和检修改造方案,阐述了陶瓷包胶、更换胶带的施工方法,分析皮带机出渣系统检修的人工、材料、机械等资源配置,研究了检修费的构成。结果表明:皮带机出渣系统通过检修或更换胶带、滚筒、托辊等部件恢复了正常功能并提升了性能,一次检修费约占设备原值的53%,其中胶带由于长时间运转老化、岩爆等因素导致费用较高。研究有助于推动设备的再次利用。Belt conveyor is widely used for TBM slag extraction in ultra-long tunnel.Based on the experience of pre-construction maintenance and renovation of belt conveyor system for the Lingbei TBM connecting section of the Hanjiang River-Weihe River Water Conveyance Project,this paper introduces the driving capacity checking,maintenance and renovation scheme of belt conveyor slag system,expounds the construction method of ceramic coating and belt replacement of belt conveyor slag system.This paper analyzes the manual,material and mechanical resource allocation of belt conveyor slag system maintenance,and studies the composition of the repair cost of belt conveyor slag system maintenance.The result shows that the belt conveyor system has recovered the normal function and improved the performance through maintenance or replacement of the belt,roller,carrier roller and other parts.The repair cost accounts for about 53%of the original value of the equipment,among which the cost of belt is high due to aging of long time operation,rock burst and other factors.The research is beneficial to promote the reuse of equipment.
