光动力疗法联合氟尿嘧啶注射液在尿道口尖锐湿疣治疗中的效果及其对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨光动力疗法联合氟尿嘧啶注射液在尿道口尖锐湿疣治疗中的效果及其对免疫功能的影响。方法研究主体选择郑州大学第五附属医院2019年1月—2021年1月接诊的男性尿道口尖锐湿疣病人60例,选用随机数字法将其分成对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30),对照组接纳氟尿嘧啶注射液治疗,观察组接纳光动力疗法协同氟尿嘧啶注射液治疗,2组均持续治疗1月。比较2组治疗功效、创口结疤时长、愈合时间及其治疗前后血清蛋白T淋巴细胞亚群水准,并比较2组复发率及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率远远高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的创口结疤时长、愈合时间显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水准均远远高于对照组,CD8^(+)水准显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率比较无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论光动力疗法协同氟尿嘧啶注射液治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣成效显著,能改善病人免疫能力,安全系数可靠,非常值得在治疗领域推广。Objective To investigate the effect of photodynamic therapy combined with fluorouracil injection in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum at urethral orifice and its effect on immune function. Methods Totally 60 patients with condyloma acuminatum at urethral orifice treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were divided into control group(n=30) and observation group(n=30) by random number method. The control group was treated with fluorouracil injection, and the observation group was treated with photodynamic therapy combined with fluorouracil injection. Both groups were treated for 1 month. The therapeutic effect, scab forming time, healing time and the level of serum T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The scab forming time and healing time of the wound in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05);After treatment, the levels of CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the level of CD8^(+)+ was significantly lower than that of the control group(all P<0.05);The recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Photodynamic therapy combined with fluorouracil injection is effective in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum at urethral orifice. It can improve the immune function of patients, is safe and reliable, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
