伐昔洛韦与卡介菌多糖核酸联合用药治疗生殖器疱疹的效果及其相关血清炎症因子表达

摘　　要：目的探讨伐昔洛韦与卡介菌多糖核酸联合用药在治疗生殖器疱疹上的效果及用药后其相关血清炎症因子的表达。方法选取郑州大学第五附属医院2019年7月至2021年7月收治的214例生殖器疱疹患者,随机将两个组别划分成对照组(n=109)与观察组(n=105),对照组即采用经伐昔洛韦疗法的病患,观察组即采取联用疗法的病患。对两组患者中的疱疹止疱时间、结痂时间、治疗效果、治疗前后的相关血清炎症因子表达水平进行比较,并对并发症的发生率进行对比。结果观察组的有效率数据有着明显的提升(P<0.05);观察组的愈合时间有着显著的缩减(P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组的前列腺素E2(PGE2)、白介素-6(IL-6)、P物质水平明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);两组的并发症发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论伐昔洛韦联合卡介菌多糖核酸对生殖器疱疹患者的疗效显著,能加快患者恢复,改善血清炎症因子水平,值得在临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of valacyclovir combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of genital herpes and the expression of related serum inflammatory factors after treatment.Methods The subjects of the study were 214 patients with genital herpes admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021.The two groups were randomly divided into the control group(n=109)and the observation group(n=105).The patients in the control group were treated with valacyclovir,and the patients in the observation group were treated with combination therapy.The herpes anti-herpes time,scab time,treatment effect,and related serum inflammatory factor expression levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients,and the incidence of complications was compared.Results The effective rate data of the observation group had been significantly improved(P<0.05);the healing time of the observation group has been significantly reduced(all P<0.05);after treatment,the prostaglandin E2(PGE2),interleukin-6(IL-6),substance P levels were significantly better than those of the control group(all P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Valacyclovir combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid has a significant curative effect on patients with genital herpes,can speed up the recovery of patients,and improve the level of serum inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
