摘  要:目的探究在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)急性加重患者中予以呼出气一氧化氮、肺泡一氧化氮联合肺功能检查的临床应用价值。方法选择慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者31例,健康对照组25例,对两组组患者的各项指标进行对比。结果急性加重组患者肺泡一氧化氮指标CaNO与肺功能指标MEF75%呈正相关(P<0.05);急性加重组不同GOLD分级的组间FeNO值比较分析各组间FeNO值有显著性差异(P<0.05);急性加重期COPD组在CaNO、FENO值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。AECOPD组根据GOLD分级,轻度,中度,中度,极重度四组CaNO无显著差异(P>0.05)。急性加重期COPD组不同GOLD分级的组间白介素6与CaNO、FeNO值无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾急性加重患者采用一氧化氮呼气试验检测,能反映患者疾病病情和进展情况,对肺功能的小气道指标给予良好的评估作用。Objective To detect the Diagnostic Value of Fractional Exhaled Nitric Oxide and alveolar Nitric Oxide Combined with Lung Function Index in Chronic Obstructive lung disease.Methods Thirty-one patients diagnosed with Chronic Obstructive lung disease in our hospital from January 2021 to July 2021 were selected.31 patients with COPD were set as the experimental group(COPD group),and 25 healthy persons were set as the control group.FeNO,CaNO and lung function index were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic value of FeNO,CaNO combined with lung function index for COPD was evaluated.Results There were statistically significant differences in FeNO,CaNO and Lung Function Index between the two groups(P<0.05).Among the index of small airway function,the CaNO was postively correlated with MEF75%(r=0.625,P=0.001).No statistically significant distinctions in IL6 and FeNO.CANO were observed between different GOLD classifications in AECOPD patients(P>0.05),whereas there were statistically significant differences in FeNO between different GOLD classifications in AECOPD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The experiment results provides us with more information of FeNO derived from different areas.FeNO is not only confirmed to be an effective method for airway inflammation evaluation in the follow-up of COPD,CANO may also serve as a useful marker in monitoring endothelial function,resistance of pulmonary circulation,and right ventricular function for clinical implication.
