摘　　要：研究通过梳理古代医学典籍中含旋覆花经典名方的应用情况,考证旋覆花升降浮沉药性及其降气,消痰,行水,止呕功效,主治病证在古代经典名方中的应用情况,确认不同时期医家对旋覆花升降浮沉药性的认识,比较分析其认识差异的内涵和形成根源,为深化旋覆花升降浮沉药性的理解,指导临床合理用药奠定文献基础。The present study was conducted to examine the application of the classical prescriptions containing the Flos Inulae in ancient medical texts,in order to prove the medicinal properties of the Flos Inulae and its efficacy in descending the adverse qi flow,resolving phlegm,promoting diuresis and stopping nausea,and the main symptoms of diseases.To confirm the understanding of the medicinal properties of the Flos Inulae in different periods,to compare and analyze the connotation and root causes of the differences in their understanding,and to lay the foundation of literature for deepening the understanding of the medicinal properties of the Flos Inulae and guiding the rational clinical use of medicine.
