摘 要:为提高树脂锚固剂在深部高地温、高地应力环境的适用性,增强软岩巷道围岩锚固结构稳定性,首先针对常用不饱和聚酯树脂锚固剂进行室内不同温度环境及不同配比试验。研究得出规律:锚固剂随温度上升胶凝时间减少,固化物抗压强度减弱;若配比中树脂占比增多,锚固剂稠度减小,固化物抗压强度减弱。然后,引入KH-570与FX-470对锚固剂的耐温性能和全长锚固工艺适应性进行优化。与常规A1型相比,高地温环境下C4型固化物抗压强度和锚固力大幅度提升,热稳定性良好,稠度适宜全长锚固工艺。从而得出优选配比为m(混合树脂)∶m(粗石粉)∶m(细石粉)∶m(促进剂)∶m(固化剂)∶m(KH-570)=100∶275∶275∶1∶32.5∶1。最后,通过电镜扫描分析揭示C4型锚固剂性能优越的内在原因。研究可为深部软岩巷道全长锚固支护工程的安全高效建设提供技术参考。In order to improve the adaptability of resin anchoring agent in deep high ground temperature and high ground stress environment,and enhance the stability of surrounding rock anchoring structure of soft rock roadway,the performance test of unsaturated polyester resin anchorage agents were carried out under different indoor temperature environments and different ratio.It concluded that the gelation time of anchorage agent decreased with the increase of temperature,and the compressive strength of solidified product decreased.If the proportion of resin in the ratio increased,the consistency of the anchoring agent decreased,and the compressive strength of the solidified material decreased.Then,KH-570 and FX-470 coupling agents were introduced to optimize the temperature resistance of the anchoring agent and the adaptability of the full-length anchoring process. It concluded that compared with the conventional A1type,the compressive strength and anchoring force of C4 type solidified material were greatly improved.At the same time,the thermal stability was good and the consistency was suitable for the full-length anchoringprocess. Thus,the preferred ratio was as follows,m( mixed resin) ∶m( coarse stone powder) ∶m( fine stone powder) ∶m( accelerator) ∶m( curing agent) ∶m( KH-570) = 100 ∶275 ∶275 ∶1 ∶32. 5 ∶1. Finally,the internal reasons for the superior performance of C4 anchoring agent were revealed by scanningelectron microscope analysis. The research provided technical reference for the safe and efficient constructionof full-length anchoring support project in deep soft rock roadway.
