摘  要:以不同形貌碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))为填料,以低密度线型聚乙烯(LLDPE)和高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)为基体,采用双螺杆辅助二次混合注塑工艺制备LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3)复合材料。对不同形貌CaCO_(3)填料的吸油值、白度、活化度等进行表征,对LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3)复合材料的断面形貌和热力学性能进行分析。结果表明:多次混合使CaCO_(3)在LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3)复合材料中分散更均匀,复合材料力学性能更稳定。添加CaCO_(3)的复合材料热稳定性明显增强。CaCO_(3)形貌对LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3)复合材料的力学性能影响显著。超细活性重钙加入后,LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3)复合材料的拉伸强度、冲击强度分别是纯相LLDPE/HDPE复合材料的1.33倍和4.15倍。棒状活性轻钙加入后,LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3)复合材料的冲击强度、弯曲强度是纯相LLDPE/HDPE复合材料的3.1倍和2倍。LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3) composites were prepared by twin-screw assisted secondary mixing injection molding process with different morphologies of calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))as filler,low density linear polyethylene(LLDPE)and high density polyethylene(HDPE)as matrix.The oil absorption value,whiteness and activation degree of CaCO_(3) fillers with different morphologies were characterized.The fracture morphology and thermodynamic properties of LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3) composites were analyzed.The results show that multiple mixing makes CaCO_(3) disperse more uniformly in LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3) composites,and the mechanical properties of composites are more stable.The thermal stability of the composites with CaCO_(3) is significantly enhanced.The morphology of CaCO_(3) has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3) composites.The tensile strength and impact strength of LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3) composite are 1.33 times and 4.15 times that of pure LLDPE/HDPE composite,respectively with the addition of ultrafine active heavy calcium.The impact strength and flexural strength of LLDPE/HDPE/CaCO_(3) composite are 3.1 times and 2 times that of pure LLDPE/HDPE composite with the addition of rod-like active light calcium.
