摘 要:以三氟氯乙烯(CTFE)、醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)、乙二醇单烯丙基醚(EGMAE)和十一烯酸(UA)为单体,二甲苯和醋酸丁酯作为混合溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,采用溶液自由基共聚法制备氟碳树脂。通过调节第三单体EGMAE和第四单体UA的用量,合成一系列四元氟碳树脂(PFEVE)。利用凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)表征四元氟碳树脂的分子量及分子量分布,采用红外吸收光谱仪(FTIR)研究四元氟碳树脂的化学结构;通过热重分析仪(TG)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究树脂的热学性能;并分析四元氟碳树脂的固含量、氟含量、溶解性。结果表明:EGMAE用量为7.25 g,UA用量为1.38 g时,PFEVE具有更优良的性能,PFEVE固含量达到62.43%,氟含量达到24.97%,酸值为6.47 mg KOH/g,玻璃化转变温度(T_(g))为40℃,PFEVE可溶解于甲醇、二甲基亚砜(DMSO)、氯仿等溶剂,合成的树脂有望应用在防腐蚀、疏水自清洁涂层领域。Fluorocarbon resin was prepared by solution radical copolymerization using chlorotrifluoroethylene(CTFE),vinyl acetate(VAc),ethylene glycol monoallyl ether(EGMAE)and undecylenic acid(UA)as monomers,xylene and butyl acetate as mixed solvents,and azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator.A series of quaternary fluorocarbon resins(PFEVE)were synthesized by adjusting the amount of the third monomer EGMAE and the fourth monomer UA.The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of quaternary fluorocarbon resin were characterized by gel permeation chromatograph(GPC).The chemical structure of quaternary fluorocarbon resin was studied by infrared absorption spectrometer(FTIR).The thermal properties of the resin were studied by thermogravimetric analyzer(TG)and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The solid content,fluorine content and solubility of quaternary fluorocarbon resin were analyzed.The results show that when the amount of EGMAE is 7.25 g and the amount of UA is 1.38 g,PFEVE has better performance,the solid content of PFEVE reaches 62.43%,the fluorine content reaches 24.97%,the acid value is 6.47 mg KOH/g,and the glass transition temperature(T_(g))is 40℃.PFEVE can be dissolved in methanol,dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO),chloroform and other solvents.The synthesized resin is expected to be applied in the field of anti-corrosion and hydrophobic self-cleaning coatings.
