摘  要:以全氟己基磺酰氟、1.0G树枝状聚酰胺-胺大分子为原料,通过酰胺化反应合成一种新型带有含氟功能基团的树枝状含氟流变剂。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振谱图等方法对合成的产物结构进行表征。将产物加入高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)粉料中,用哈克转矩流变仪、熔体流动速率仪和旋转流变仪对样品加工流变性能进行分析。结果表明:纯HDPE在50 min时挤出扭矩趋于稳定,加入树枝状含氟流变剂,HDPE扭矩稳定时间缩短至40 min,最低扭矩为44.5 N·m。当树枝状含氟流变剂添加量为0.10%时,HDPE的MFR增加到0.19 g/10 min,与纯HDPE相比提高了35.7%。树枝状含氟流变剂作为加工助剂使HDPE加工性能得到改善,弹性回复能力有所提高。A novel dendritic fluorinated rheological agent with fluorine-containing functional groups was synthesized by amidation reaction using perfluorohexylsulfonyl fluoride and 1.0G dendritic polyamide-amine macromolecules as raw materials.The structure of the synthesized product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.The products were added into high density polyethylene(HDPE)powder,and the rheological properties of the samples were evaluated by Huck torque rheometer,melt flow rate(MFR)meter and rotary rheometer.The results show that the extrusion torque of pure HDPE tends to be stable at 50 min.After adding dendritic fluorinated rheological agent,the torque stability time of HDPE is shortened to 40 min,and the minimum torque is 44.5 N·m.When the addition amount of dendritic fluorinated rheological agent is 0.10%,the MFR of HDPE is increased to 0.19 g/10 min,which is 35.7%higher than that of pure HDPE.As a kind of processing aid,dendritic fluorinated rheological agent improves the processing performance and the elastic recovery ability of HDPE.
